12 session program - twice weekly for 6 weeks. Program days Tuesday - Friday 9.00am-12.30pm

Heart failure patients receive education on the benefits of exercise, managing of their condition and access to a staged exercise rehabilitation program. 12 week program. Twice a week for 8 weeks and once/week for 4 weeks. A Home based program is also offered.
